This is the first time I have run for 10 days, and the first time I have got a stitch for….. blimey, I can’t remember the last time!

That either means I am out of shape or, up until now, I haven’t put enough effort in – either way, there’s room for improvement here!!!

Hey 🙂 Is it OK if I kinda off topic? I am trying to view the page on my new Macbook but it won’t display correctly, any suggestions? Shall I try to find an fix for my browser or something? Thanks! Tana x 🙂
