Another day, another ride & run!

March 25, 2012 | 3:27 pm

Sunday dawned bright and very early after the clocks went forward, and with the sun burning the fog off very quickly, I couldn’t resist going for a ride, despite my efforts yesterday!

Even without the fog, it was very cold. I could feel the previous day’s Duathlon in my legs but still had enough energy to keep warm. I stopped at the church in Laughton-en-le-Morthen to get a couple of piccies for Jamie’s Bike & Gate blog.

The church can be seen for miles from all directions, so whichever way you come into the village, there will always be a bit of climbing to do. This is why I like coming this way so often!!

Later in the day we trooped off to Clifton Park in Rotherham to do a mile for Sport Relief. Sam won in a time of 9’45″ with Grace and I coming in just over a minute later!
