First ride since Paris

Now this is more like it! I was home from work early this evening, so took the chance to go for a ride, hoping to dodge the showers. No such luck – I got soaked but I don’t care. I am buzzing at the minute. It was only 20K but it is the first time I have riden in 10 days.

20K is the cycling distance for a Sprint Triathlon – wonder what a good time is for this distance?
